At Mandala Scrubs, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures you can get back to your shift in comfort without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your scrubs in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
